Cancellation

You can cancel any time from the pricing page. Access stays until the end of the paid period — that time is already paid for, and we do not take it back.

Refunds

If you cancel, we refund the value of unused try-ons. Used ones are deducted, because the service for them has been delivered. You choose how to receive the refund.

• ·In money — back to the same card. Only the payment provider costs we actually incurred are deducted, evidenced by their statement.
• ·As try-ons on your balance — the full value of what is unused, with no deductions at all. These try-ons never expire.

Example: €14.99 paid for 20 try-ons, 8 used. Refund: 14.99 × 12 ÷ 20 = €9.00, rounded in your favour.

Fractional amounts are rounded in your favour.

Try-on pack

The pack never expires. On a refund, unused try-ons are returned at the pack rate; used ones are not.

Daily limit

Five try-ons a day. This protects you as much as us: someone else with access to your account cannot burn a month of try-ons in one evening.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@modello.style from the email the subscription is registered to. We calculate the amount from the try-on log and reply within three business days.
